Can I cancel my supporter subscription anytime?
Yes — you can cancel at any time through your Stripe billing portal. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.
How do sponsorship Facebook updates work?
Once your sponsorship is active, Bri will manually share updates from your Facebook page to the Community section of the site based on your package tier.
When will my business appear in the directory?
After your payment is confirmed, Bri will review your submission and add your listing to the Business Directory within 1–2 business days.
Can I upgrade my sponsorship package?
Absolutely! Contact Bri through the Contact page and she'll help you upgrade to a higher tier.
